1. The Fitzwilliam Aems

Welcome to the Fitzwilliam Arms, or the Fitz as it is affectionately named.

The Fitz is one of the oldest Pubs located in the village of Elsecar, easy to find as it couldn’t be any closer to Elsecar train station without being on the platform.

If you arrive by train walk out the station and turn right, walk 100 yards down the hill and you can’t miss us. ┬áCall in for a drink and a bite to eat whether it is a snack or a hearty meal our resident chefs are there to tantalize your taste buds with our regularly updated menu.

Food is served at The Fitz from midday to 9pm Monday – Saturday and Sunday 12 – 4pm.

We have a number of real Ales available some being local, and a large selection of premium lagers, wines and spirits.

Our pool table and jukebox should also keep you entertained.

Our recently refreshed large garden, children’s play area and large seated patio are ideal for the warm summer evenings. With a mini football pitch, climbing frame, tunnel, slide and swings, your little ones won’t be bored.

A warm welcome awaits you at The Fitzwilliam Arms
